Our Pink Bourbon offering features exceptional cup quality with remarkable flavor. Because this lot underwent the natural process of drying, it is really allowing the fruity notes of strawberry, fig jam and limey citrus to shine without taking away from the chocolatey undertones.

We've had the privilege of visiting Finca Santa Monica on multiple occasions and have seen the attention to detail paid by Jairo Arcila and his team.
