This is our third year working together with the Vides family to bring you the best coffee Guatemala has to offer, and we can confidently say this is absolutely the best of the best!
This offering yields an immaculately clean cup with elevated floral notes and a silky texture. The delicate fruit-like sweetness adds a touch of contrast to the classic Huehue coffee. The Vides Family's heirloom varietal is a wonderful example of specialty coffee, and because it grew at such high elevations the tasting notes were given ample time to develop and make this coffee a true standout.
Competition to procure this coffee was intense, so we were only able to secure a small amount. Make sure to get it while you can!

When we started the company, if you place your order by 10 am, it was roasted that day and shipped to you. We still adhere to those foundational principles today, and all orders are roasted to order. Anything placed before 8am will roast and ship that day. Anything after 8 am will be roasted and shipped the next day.
We choose beans from farmers and cooperatives who share our commitment to sustainability, quality, and ethical practices. The countries of origin are listed on each of the coffee descriptions.
