When you sip this coffee, expect a beautifully sweet and fruit-forward cup, with notes of ripe strawberry and raspberry complemented by honey, brown sugar, and a touch of milk chocolate.
Our Ethiopia Honey offering starts with aromas of bergamot and wildflower honey leading into layers of juicy white peach, ripe apricot, and sparkling citrus. A lemon-spritz brightness brings energy and clarity, while the honey process contributes a silky sweetness that lingers through the finish.
Expect brews that are delicate yet expressive—floral, fruit-forward, beautifully structured, and uniquely Ethiopian.

When we started the company, if you place your order by 10 am, it was roasted that day and shipped to you. We still adhere to those foundational principles today, and all orders are roasted to order. Anything placed before 8am will roast and ship that day. Anything after 8 am will be roasted and shipped the next day.
We choose beans from farmers and cooperatives who share our commitment to sustainability, quality, and ethical practices. The countries of origin are listed on each of the coffee descriptions.
