The exceedingly rare Maragesha is a natural hybrid mutation of the Maragogype and Gesha varietals. The result of this hybrid gives us a mildly sweet cup with delicate acidity. We've chosen a light roast to showcase the unique notes achieved from its terroir.
Typically this kind of coffee is reserved for World Barista Championships, but we were fortunate enough to be able to secure a small amount. We are so excited to be able to share such a truly exceptional Grand Cru offering with you!

When we started the company, if you place your order by 10 am, it was roasted that day and shipped to you. We still adhere to those foundational principles today, and all orders are roasted to order. Anything placed before 8am will roast and ship that day. Anything after 8 am will be roasted and shipped the next day.
We choose beans from farmers and cooperatives who share our commitment to sustainability, quality, and ethical practices. The countries of origin are listed on each of the coffee descriptions.
