Our Colombia Chili Bourbon comes from a micro lot high up in the mountains at Finca La Brisas. This lot went through a washed process, yielding a very bright cup.
And our Colombia Gesha comes to us from the Castellon farm, having under gone a natural lactic process developed specifically for French Truck Coffee! This process enhances the sweetness of the coffee and produces a rich creamy cup.
It's rare that we have two Grand Crus available at the same time, so don't miss this opportunity!

When we started the company, if you place your order by 10 am, it was roasted that day and shipped to you. We still adhere to those foundational principles today, and all orders are roasted to order. Anything placed before 8am will roast and ship that day. Anything after 8 am will be roasted and shipped the next day.
We choose beans from farmers and cooperatives who share our commitment to sustainability, quality, and ethical practices. The countries of origin are listed on each of the coffee descriptions.
