Dates, Cherries, Strawberries, Cinnamon
Roasted Thursdays ONLY due to extremely limited quantities.
This offering is sweet, lush, and loaded with bright fruit. Grown in Ngozi, Burundi, and naturally processed, this coffee shows what minimal intervention can really do. It comes to us from a small holder farmers near the Bahire washing station. We’re proud to be part of their story.
Tasting this feels like a warm, sunny day—like picking berries on a trail or sipping something cold near the ocean. It’s clean, summery, and full of clarity. You’ll get fruit notes like apricot, boysenberry, juniper, and pomegranate, all shining through clearly thanks to the careful natural processing. It’s dense and expressive, but it stays nimble and fresh. This coffee walks the line beautifully: it’s elegant enough to impress seasoned drinkers, but approachable enough to open someone’s eyes to just how good coffee can be.
