This medium roast is our second harvest from the Vides family at Finca La Bolsa, and we’re proud to continue growing this relationship.
The cup is classic Huehuetenango; smooth and balanced with notes of chocolate syrup, caramel, and almond. Grown at high elevation and processed with fresh spring water, this Bourbon and Caturra lot is hand-picked and double-fermented for added sweetness and clarity.

When we started the company, if you place your order by 10 am, it was roasted that day and shipped to you. We still adhere to those foundational principles today, and all orders are roasted to order. Anything placed before 8am will roast and ship that day. Anything after 8 am will be roasted and shipped the next day.
We choose beans from farmers and cooperatives who share our commitment to sustainability, quality, and ethical practices. The countries of origin are listed on each of the coffee descriptions.
