From renowned producer Juan Peña of Finca La Papaya, this Grand Cru release showcases the vibrant potential of Ecuadorian coffee. Grown at nearly 2,000 meters in rich volcanic soil, this Single Origin lot bursts with mango, creamy tropical fruit, and a juicy, layered acidity, balanced by a clean, fruit-like sweetness.
Exceptionally bright, complex, and elegantly balanced, this is one of the finest coffees we’ve ever tasted.

When we started the company, if you place your order by 10 am, it was roasted that day and shipped to you. We still adhere to those foundational principles today, and all orders are roasted to order. Anything placed before 8am will roast and ship that day. Anything after 8 am will be roasted and shipped the next day.
We choose beans from farmers and cooperatives who share our commitment to sustainability, quality, and ethical practices. The countries of origin are listed on each of the coffee descriptions.
